Rear Door:
Hydraulic full opening rear door assembly with (6) heavy duty wing clamps, neoprene rubber rear door gasket, double acting hydraulic cylinder and safety brace  

Suction Valve:
4” Betts air operated valve at 4 o’clock position with aluminum Kamlok fittings mounted on rear head  

Discharge Valve:
6” Betts air operated valve with Kamlock fittings mounted on rear head. Located at 6 o’clock  

Isolation Valve:
6” air operated butterfly valve between primary and secondary shut-off with PTO interconnect  

Filtration System Tri-Mode:
High capacity, single, 20” diameter steel cyclone assembly with 12” cleanout assembly and 2” brass gate valve, Kamlock, and cap.   Single 30” diameter steel bag house assembly with 13-4” x 59” Acrylic coated bags, oil/moisture repellent, air cannon pulsation, 12” cleanout assembly, 2” brass gate valve, Kamlock, and cap, and hold down clamps.   Cusco final filter assembly installed for protection of blower with 100 micron filter.   Blower can provide both vacuum and pressure and can be selected for cyclone only or cyclone and baghouse in combination when vacuum loading.  

Silencer:
6” intake and 6” exhaust silencer with exhaust line  

Piping:
Single 6” diameter no disconnect piping to allow tank to dump with vacuum system connected with vacuum pump flush port, 4” blower vent valve, reinforced rubber hose, 6” x 4 way valve assembly for pressure unloading and dual 6” inline check valve assemblies.  

Blower Specifications:
Roots 412 DVJ, 1,322 CFM free air rating, 1100 CFM @ 18” Hg, 27” Hg maximum vacuum  

Drive:
Hydraulically driven from air shift PTO mounted on transmission with remote mount hydraulic pump, motor, and oil cooler  

Auxiliary Vacuum System:
Moro PM80 air cooled vacuum/pressure pump (350 CFM free air 28” Hg) hydraulically driven from 6 bolt air shift PTO with 3” air operated isolation butterfly valve, 4” secondary moisture trap filter and muffler/oil trap assembly  

Hydraulic Reservoir:
Mounted on hydraulic dump sub-frame with suction strainer, diffuser, fill cap, hydraulic oil filters, and sight glass

Hydraulic Dump System:
Full length hydraulic dump sub-frame with 20 ton, single acting dump cylinder, rear dump pivot assembly, and safety brace  

Hydraulic Controls:
4 spool valve body for control of hydraulic dump, rear door, and blower  

Gauges:
Glycerin filled vacuum/pressure gauge and hydraulic pressure gauge  

Side Trays:
Full length side boxes for hose storage / fender assembly with anti-sail mud flaps and rear tire skirt  

Trim:
Ladder assembly, four numbered placards, 25’ static line, and steel toolbox assembly  

Lighting:
DOT lighting with aluminum three lamp rear module assembly, clearance lamps, reflectors, three in a row clearance markers, two rear spotlights, and one rear amber rotating beacon      

Bumper:
DOT rear bumper for protection of external valves with platform/step assembly and rear dirt shield  

Back-up Alarm:
Hydraulic overheat to back up alarm included- supplied with Chassis  

Heated Jacketed Valve:
Assembly for 4” or 6” rear nozzles, isolation nozzle and cyclone drain valve  

Vibrator:
Hydraulic vibrator assembly mounted bottom of tank with reinforcing pad, heavy duty mounting channel and pressure relief valve  

Dual Hose Hooks:
Dual rear mounted hose hooks  

Water Jackets:
Installed on rear valves for future installation of heated valve option  

Paint:
The entire tank and body of the vacuum system shall be sandblasted and primed with two (2) coats of primer and painted with two (2) coats of single stage Azalta paint.
