PRESSURE RELIEF:
4" SS Girard pressure vent, 25 PSIG setting mounted top of tank.

PRIMARY SHUT-OFF:
8” internal shut-off with 12" stainless steel float ball/cage assembly and 8" chemical resistant seat. In line spark arrestors installed on catwalk side of piping for easy maintenance.

BAFFLE:
One anti surge mounted on reinforcing pad, bolted on for easy replacement.

RINGS:
Circumferential reinforcement rings with tank support feet.

OVERTURN PROTECTION:
Front, center, and rear 4" pipe construction overturns with reinforcement pads and gussets.

MANWAY:
20" diameter located top of tank

LIQUID LEVEL INDICATOR:
Stainless Steel construction rotary float gauge with 6” float ball assembly located on rear door
and front driver side with extra length grab handle (ability to reach from ground level) and up
position tie back.

REAR DOOR:
Hydraulic full opening rear door assembly with 6 heavy duty wheel-shaped door clamps, rear
door gasket to be chemical resistant, double acting hydraulic cylinder and air-actuated safety
brace and inspection light.

SUCTION VALVE:
6" ANSI Betts air open/spring close valve and Betts actuator, 6" sand pipe / deflector plate
assembly bolted on for easy replacement, stainless steel Kamlok fittings mounted on rear
head at 4 o’clock position, all material to be stainless steel.

DISCHARGE VALVE:
6" ANSI Betts air open/spring close valve and Betts actuator with stainless steel Kamlok
fittings mounted on bottom center of rear door, all material to be stainless steel. Remote
mount variable discharge switch.

ISOLATION VALVE:
6” air operated butterfly valve between primary and cyclone with manual air switch control
and PTO interconnect, stainless steel. Seals are to be chemical resistant.

FILTRATION SYSTEM:
Dual 20" diameter cyclones mounted on 20" diameter drop box with side swing clean out, 3"
brass drain valve and stainless steel Kamlok fittings, Cusco 30" diameter final filter assembly
installed for protection of blower with 20” diameter stainless steel 100 micron filter.

SILENCERS:
12" intake and exhaust silencers.

Robuschi DLDV 105 2600 CFM, 27"Hg maximum vacuum

BLOWER PIPING:
Single 6" stainless steel pipe with no disconnect piping to tank

BLOWER VALVING:
6" manual butterfly vacuum relief valve and 10" inline check valve assembly

DRIVE:
Hydraulically driven from truck mount PTO.

HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR:
Mounted on hydraulic dump sub-frame with suction strainer, diffuser, fill cap, hydraulic oil
filters and sight glass.

HYDRAULIC DUMP SYSTEM:
Full length hydraulic dump sub-frame with 20 ton, 3 stage single acting dump cylinder, rear
dump pivot assembly and safety brace.

VIBRATOR:
Hydraulic vibrator assembly mounted bottom of tank with reinforcing pad, heavy duty
mounting channel and pressure relief valve.

HYDRAULIC CONTROLS:
4-spool valve body for control of pressure unloading system/vibrator, rear door and hydraulic
dump complete with hydraulic pressure gauge. Controls to be located on the driver side of
unit near control panel.

GAUGES:
Turbovac gauge panel assembly with tank vacuum/pressure gauge, filter element vacuum
gauges, tachometer, throttle control and 3” isolation valve control. Panel to be lighted for
night operation. Panel to be located on the driver side of unit near hydraulic controls. All
gauges to be metric.

SIDE TRAYS:
Full-length stainless steel side boxes for hose storage / fender assembly with anti-sail mudflaps
and rear tire skirt. Included with stainless steel hose retainers (to keep hoses from
falling between side tray and tank) and bungle tie-downs every 24”. 2” inch ball valve on
drain port, stainless steel.

TRIM:
12” wide walkway assembly, full length located on driver side with safety railing, kick plate
and ladder. Ladder to include non-obstructed hand-rail per customer spec. Four (4)
numbered placards. 50’ heavy duty grounding line with clamp. Stainless steel toolbox
assembly 36” wide x 18” deep x 18” high, stainless steel.

LIGHTING:
DOT lighting with three lamp rear module assembly, clearance lamps, reflectors, (3) in a row
clearance markers, (2) rear LED flood lights and (1) at controls, (1) rear amber strobe
beacon. All lights to be LED.

BUMPER:
DOT center opening rear bumper for protection of external valves with platform/step
assembly and stainless steel rear dirt shield. Extra step on either side of bumper and
handrail installed in order to enable easy reach of top door bolts.

PAINTING:
The entire tank and body of the vacuum system shall be sandblasted and primed with two (2)
coats of primer and painted with two (2) coats of single stage Axalta paint.

NOTES:
Manual vacuum breaker outlet to be pointed away from operator at a 90 degree vertical angle
with rain shield. All labeling and documentation to be in French.

PRESSURE UNLOADING SYSTEM:
Moro PM80 air cooled vacuum/pressure pump (350 CFM free air 28” Hg) hydraulically driven
with 3” air operated isolation butterfly valve, 3” diameter no disconnect piping, 3” secondary
moisture trap filter and muffler/oil trap assembly.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
 Manual vacuum breaker outlet to be pointed away from operator at a 90 degree
vertical angle with rain shield.
 20 lb. fire extinguisher
 Hydrocarbon shutdown (engine over speed protection), with PTO interconnect to
disable when driving. Also known as RodaDeaco system.
 Exhaust silencer routed to side box level with BF valve and kamlok adapter for
connecting to a hose to divert exhaust away from truck.
 Remote air pressure adjustment valve for metering the rear discharge speed
 All labeling and documentation to be bilingual English/French.
