Hose trays and fenders:
Combination hose trays and fenders on both sides of unit, stay down when tank lifts.

One (1) cyclone for 8” line. Drop-out box with slanted floor for easy cleaning, 2” drain valves with
fittings. Cleanout door 20” diameter.
Multi bag filtration system:
Single bag house, mild steel construction complete with continuous self-cleaning operation. Designed for dry powders with 39” diameter inspection hatch. 20” diameter cleanout door, slanted floor for easy cleaning. WET/DRY single mode operation. 29 bags 4” diameter x 60” long. Gauges in control panel to monitor baghouse performance.
Vacuum pump line:
8” to allow for maximum airflow with automatic disconnects between isolation valve and cyclone
12” to prevent vacuum pump back-spin
Manual 6” quick action valve with screen guard, additional 6” vacuum break Air/Electric with 50’

Auxiliary vacuum/pressure pump:
Presvac PV750, 410 CFM @ free air, 28” Hg maximum vacuum, 25 psi maximum pressure. Four
way valve for vacuum and pressure. Check valve and oil catch muffler. External moisture trap with 5” stainless steel floatball and 2” drain valve. 3” air operated isolation valve with continuous
grounded vacuum lines looped to rear. No disconnecting required when dumping.
Auxiliary pump drive:
Air engaged 6 bolt p.t.o. 90o right angled gearbox
Top loading boom:
8” diameter loading boom, hydraulic up and down. 270° manual rotation and 4’ telescoping with
hand pendant control complete with 8” isolation valve. Boom disc brake. 50’ Pendant control
Hydraulic reservoir. Vented filler cap, filter and suction strainer, sight level tube. Hydraulic pump
driven from air p.t.o. Valve bank to operate: dump body hoist, rear door/locks, boom, and vibrator, oil pressure gauge and pressure relief valve 3/4” drain in oil tank.
All vacuum, pressure gauges, valve control switches, temperature gauge and air pulsation baghouse cleaning switch mounted in Nema 4 control panel. Panel illumination switch for night operation.
