HYDROSTATIC TEST PRESSURE:
4" SS Girard pressure vent, 25 PSIG setting mounted top of tank.
8” internal shut-off with 12” stainless steel float ball/cage assembly and 8” rubber seat.
One anti surge mounted on reinforcing pad.
Circumferential reinforcement rings with tank support feet.
Front, center, and rear 4" pipe construction overturns with reinforcement pads and gussets
20" diameter located top of tank.
LIQUID LEVEL INDICATOR:
Stainless Steel construction rotary float gauge with 6” float ball assembly located on driver’s side front of tank shell.
Hydraulic full opening rear door assembly with 4 heavy duty wing clamps, neoprene rubber rear door gasket, double acting hydraulic cylinder.
6” Betts air operated valve with 6” sand pipe/deflector plate assembly, aluminum Kamlok fittings mounted on transition.
6” Betts air operated valve with 6” annual ball valve in series and aluminum Kamlok fittings with 1” drain valve in cap, mounted on bottom transition.
8” air operated butterfly valve between primary and cyclone with PTO interconnect.
6” cyclone mounted on 20” diameter drop box with side swing clean out, 4” brass drain valve and aluminum kamlok fittings 20” diameter washable inline SS/fiber filter element, 100 micron for protection of blower.
12" intake and exhaust silencers.
Single 8" diameter with 8” quick disconnect rubber boot assembly.
4" brass manual vacuum relief valve and 12" inline check valve assembly

Direct drive from air shift transfer case.
PRESSURE UNLOADING SYSTEM:
Moro PM80 air cooled vacuum/pressure pump (350CFM free air 28” Hg) hydraulically driven from 6 bolt air shift PTO with 3” air operated isolation butterfly valve, 3” diameter no disconnect piping, 4” secondary moisture trap filter and muffler/oil trap assembly.
Mounted on hydraulic dump sub-frame with suction strainer, diffuser, fill cap, hydraulic oil filters and sight glass.
HYDRAULIC DUMP SYSTEM:
Full length hydraulic dump sub-frame with 20 ton, 190” stroke 3 stage double acting dump cylinder, rear dump pivot assembly and safety brace.
Hydraulic vibrator assembly mounted bottom of tank with reinforcing pad, heavy duty mounting channel, pressure relief valve and variable speed control.
3-spool valve body for control of hydraulic dump, rear door, vibrator, and pressure unloading system.
Turbovac gauge panel assembly with tank vacuum/pressure gauge, hydraulic pressure gauge and filter element vacuum gauges.
Full-length side boxes for hose storage / fender assembly with anti-sail mud-flaps and rear tire skirt.
Ladder assembly, four numbered placards, 25' static line and steel toolbox assembly.
DOT lighting with three lamp rear module assembly, clearance lamps, reflectors, three in a row clearance markers, two rear spotlights, one spot light at operator controls, and one rear amber rotating beacon.
DOT rear bumper for protection of external valves with platform/step assembly and rear dirt shield.
The entire tank and body of the vacuum system shall be sandblasted and primed with two (2) coats of primer and painted with two (2) coats of single stage Sherwin Williams paint. Please note there may be an additional cost for base coat clear coat cab matches in the event that your proposed paint color cannot be matched to a Sherwin Williams single stage paint code.
