HYDROSTATIC TEST PRESSURE:
4" SS Girard pressure vent, 25 PSIG setting mounted top of tank.
20” diameter internal shut-off with 16” stainless steel float disc assembly, 14” rubber seat and dual 8” flanged outlets.
One anti surge mounted on reinforcing pad.
Circumferential reinforcement rings with tank support feet.
20" diameter located top of tank.
Stainless Steel construction rotary float gauge with 6” float ball assembly located on driver’s side of tank shell with grab handle and tank full alarm (micro switch connected to BU alarm).
Hydraulic full opening rear door assembly with 6 heavy-duty door bolts, neoprene rubber rear door gasket, dual double acting side mounted hydraulic cylinder and safety brace.
6" Betts air operated valve with 6" sand pipe / deflector plate assembly, aluminum Kamlok fittings mounted on rear head. Note sand pipe to be slotted and covered with expanded metal on side facing the head.

Dual 20" diameter cyclones mounted on 20" diameter drop box with side swing clean out, 4" brass drain valve and aluminum kamlok fittings 20" diameter washable inline S.S./fiber filter element, 100 micron for protection of blower.

PRESSURE UNLOADING SYSTEM:
Mounted on hydraulic dump sub-frame with suction strainer, diffuser, fill cap, hydraulic oil filters and sight glass.
HYDRAULIC DUMP SYSTEM:
Full-length hydraulic dump sub-frame with 20 ton, 3 stage double acting dump cylinder, rear dump pivot assembly and safety brace.
Hydraulic vibrator assembly mounted bottom of tank with reinforcing pad, heavy-duty mounting channel, pressure relief valve and variable speed control.
4-spool valve body for control of hydraulic dump, rear door, vibrator and high-pressure water pump.
Turbovac gauge panel assembly with tank vacuum/pressure gauge, hydraulic pressure gauge and filter element vacuum gauges.
Full-length side toolboxes for storage / fender assembly with anti-sail mud-flaps and rear tire skirt, installed both sides of tank. Complete with lockable fold down doors and seal. (Similar to Horizon Utilities)
12” wide walkway assembly, full length located on driver side with safety railing and ladder. Heated stand up locker installed on driver’s side beside water tank.
WATER TANK CAPACITY:
Separate 1000 USG located in front of waste tank compartment, permanently attached to subframe (does not dump with waste tank).
WATER PUMP SPECS:
18 gpm 3000 psi Giant water pump, hydraulically driven with a short coupled shaft, complete with manual rewind hose reel and 50’ of 3/8” hose / handgun (with quick disconnect nozzle), mounted inside a heated cabinet on side of truck chassis. Water pump to run simultaneous with blower. (includes hyd oil cooler) Additional digging wand with 3000 psi ball valve and dual female quick disconnects as per attached drawing.
Hydraulically driven from air shift PTO mounted on transmission with hydraulic pump and motor. Electric over air control of valve section for water pump to allow for water pump operation (off and on) from pendant controls.
Maintains constant system operation pressure, protects pump from excess pressure.
HOSE REEL ASSEMBLY:
Manual rewind hose reel complete with 50’ of 3/8 high pressure hose, mounted inside heated cabinet. Note: provision made in cabinet door for hose to pass through and still allow the door to close to keep heat in.
NOTE: Re-circulation pump (12 volt Flo-Jet) installed inside heated cabinet with appropriate shut off valves to circulate the water from the suction line back to the tank via the by-pass line. This will keep these lines from freezing during travel times to the job. Note: water does not have to circulate through water pump as it is inside heated cabinet
Air operated BF valve for remote operation
2" fill line on curb side with anti-siphon air gap protection, basket type suction strainer and valve, located for easy access for cleaning and fill connection.

GLYCOL RECOVERY SYSTEM:
Permanently mounted Glycol tank (1.25 times capacity required to flood system) plumbed to the suction circuit of the wash pump for winterizing. This will permit full protection to the pump, regulator, return line and hose reel. The glycol can be returned to the holding tank when operation with water commences again. Note handgun to have quick disconnect nozzle.
8” “All Metal” hydraulic boom assembly mounted rear 270 degree rotation with 19 ft reach, 6-way pendant control (up/down, rotation, extension), 8” suction hose with bandlock hose fitting. Note boom hose to be attached to boom at base with bandlock fitting for easy removal and replacement in the field. Note hydraulic boom controls, mounted on boom, to be protected from damage due to tree branches passing over top of truck. Also air operated isolation valve to be removed and replaced with blind flange and 6” SS Kamlok and cap for easy access for cleaning and a 6” air operated vent valve is to be installed in the blower piping, close to the blower, to vent the tank instead of isolating the boom.
DOT LED lighting with three lamp rear module assembly, clearance lamps, reflectors, three in a row clearance markers, two rear spotlights, two curb side work lights and one rear traffic advisory arrow board.
DOT rear bumper for protection of external valves with platform/step assembly and rear dirt shield.
The entire tank and body of the vacuum system shall be sandblasted and primed with two (2) coats of primer and painted with two (2) coats of single stage Sherwin Williams paint. Please note there may be an additional cost for base coat clear coat cab matches in the event that your proposed paint color cannot be matched to a Sherwin Williams single stage paint code.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS INCLUDED:
- Water pump to be controlled (on and off) from pendant controls. (note: boom isolation valve operation to be converted to a latching relay to make room for water pump control)
- Two 2-Tube holders installed, one on each side of tank, to hold two 8” x 60” aluminum suction tubes each. (includes 8” tubes with Bandlock connections 4 in total).
- 400,000 BTU 12 volt diesel fired boiler for heating the high pressure water from the water pump. Complete with fuel pump, thermostat and high temperature shut off. Permanently Installed on truck chassis in heated cabinet
- Hydro Trenching digging wand as per drawing (two female quick disconnects one 90 degree elbow and one 3000 psi ball valve assembled to customers dimensions)
- Wireless boom controls in addition to pendant controls listed in quote
- Additional heated locker for work clothes and cutting wands.
- Splash deflector at rear of tank to prevent material from spraying forward when rear door is opened.
